Semi-sequel to the recently-reprinted novel Junglist by Two Fingas and James T. Kirk (1995). Backstreets seems to have been a 1990s UK youthsploitation imprint focused on drugs and gangs and scary teenager music.
This entry is less strictly centered on Jungle and Drum and Bass than its predecessor, but the book is a pretty similar day-in-the-life of a music and clubbing-obsessed London youth. It's almost as good, really, and the Backstreets edition of Junglist is pretty hard to find (I think the guy in the photo on its cover got mad or something?).
