I'm not thrilled to be selling this zippy Tezuka classic but it seems somewhat sought after (and I've read and enjoyed it many times). Like much of Tezuka's commercial output, at first glance it looks sort of like ordinary, squeaky-clean cartooning aimed at kids. But the drawing is sensitive, its physics bouncy and satisfying. Not to mention the book's production: a facsimile-style scan with lots of loose registration and juicy vintage overprint.
Condition: Acceptable—some splitting at edges of case/cover at the corners, but spine is nicer. Other than that it's good. Issued without dust jucket.
